At SynikClothing.com, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return an unused product, please review the following policy:
7-Day Limited Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns or exchanges of unworn, unused, and unwashed products within seven (7) days of delivery.

Items must include all original tags and be in their original packaging.

If the item is not in its original packaging, a 50% restocking fee will apply.

Items with smoke, weed odors, or pet hair will not be eligible for a refund. Products must be in new condition.

We cannot process exchanges if the requested item costs more than the returned item. As we do not store customer payment information, we cannot charge your card for the price difference.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

If an item qualifies for free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund or exchange amount.

No returns or exchanges on worn apparel of any type.

We do not provide return shipping labels for online orders.

For gift purchases, please notify us of the gift date. Returns for exchanges or store credit are accepted up to 7 days after the gift date.

Items purchased in December may be returned or exchanged until January 5th.
Damaged or Defective Products If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us for warranty assistance. You will need to send clear photos of the affected area. We will review the case and determine if the product qualifies for a warranty replacement.

Securely pack your merchandise. We are not responsible for items damaged during transit.

A package reference number is required for return or exchange processing in case the package is not received by our fulfillment center.

Pricing & Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are unavoidable, but we price our products competitively to keep overall costs reasonable.

Unlike large retailers, we cannot absorb shipping costs. However, we do our best to minimize them for our customers.

Canada Post rates vary, but in general, the more you order, the lower the per-item shipping cost.

FOB Alberta: Sales and deliveries occur within Alberta, with customers responsible for shipping and duties.

Shipping Cost Savings

Savings #1: We ship all packages via Canada Post Expedited but only charge you regular mail fees—we cover the extra cost.

If you need your order urgently, express shipping is available for an additional fee.

Canada Post sets shipping prices, and we have limited control over their rates.

Clearance Items: Products ending in $.00 are not eligible for shipping discounts, but we will still ship them Expedited at no extra cost.
