All payment methods are indicated on our website at checkout. When placing an order online, please fill out ALL the billing information carefully and double-check once complete, or the transaction will decline.

We want you to be safe and secure when you shop with us at www.synikclothing.com. Please see our Privacy Policy to understand how we take care of your personal information. Of course, as you're shopping with us online, you may give us your credit card information, and we take the responsibility of caring for that information very seriously. We have taken several steps to make sure that your personal information is highly secure. Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption and firewall technology throughout the ordering process. Most browsers will show a lock icon in the bottom status bar on secure pages. Look for this icon on any web page that asks for your personal information. We also use state-of-the-art secure encryption to protect your personal information from unauthorized use.
Of course, the SITE isn't the only place to order the products you'll find on the SITE. If you'd rather not give us your credit card information online, you can always place an order by calling 403-346-8805, where you'll find a happy, friendly Customer Service Representative waiting to take your call at the applicable times. You can also email us with any questions at customerservice@synikclothing.com.
· All transmissions of secure information will occur with encrypted packets. Credit Cards and Expiration Dates will only be stored temporarily and encrypted on our secure server. We charge your card only upon shipment of your products, at which point we permanently delete your card number unless you have indicated to do otherwise.
CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS
Any item additions, quantity changes, or specification changes we have accepted will generate a new acknowledgment for the entire order and a new scheduled shipping date. All sales are final; provided, however, item cancellations and quantity reductions may be made at least five (5) days before the scheduled shipping date (unless the order has already been shipped). We may cancel any accepted order before shipment without liability, including, without limitation, if our credit card department does not approve your credit or if there are any other payment-related problems.
Can I have my product delivered right to my house?
It depends on Canada Post. Sometimes they deliver products to your mailbox, but only if the size of the package is small enough. Likely, you should plan to pick it up at your local Post Office. You will get a card in the mail and will need ID to claim your prize.

We pick and pack during store hours. M/T/W/F 12-5, THUR 11:30-6. However, you can place orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The fastest way to get hold of us is by emailing customerservice@synikclothing.com or calling 403.346.8805.
However, online customer service and shipping are closed on weekends and holidays.
Online orders placed on the weekend will ship the following week.
The shipping department will be closed on all weekends & statutory holidays in Canada.

If I see the item in stock, does this mean it is available?
Yes, unless otherwise posted. However, we maintain a live inventory on our website. What you see on our site is usually what we have in stock. Like any other inventory system, products sell out or there can be an error. This is very rare, but it does happen. If this is the case, you will be promptly refunded your money.
Packed with pride & accuracy
Every shipment is double-checked for accuracy. Every shipment is inspected for accuracy before leaving our shipping department. If you have problems with a shipment, please contact us so we can investigate who shipped it.
Backorders
We do not backorder products. If your product is not available, your money will be refunded. We only ship what is in stock.
What if I did not receive my entire order?
Contact us right away. All shipments have a tracking number to trace. If the delivery address you entered was incorrect, we are not liable for any loss of product.
Out of stock
When an online order is received, we attempt to pick it off the floor immediately. On the rare occasion, someone bought the item off the floor at the same time the online order came in, we will refund your money. Furthermore, being a retail store, we do deal with theft at times. Our inventory might say it's in stock; however, if a little dirtbag swiped it, we will not know until we try and pick it. If this is the case, we will refund your money.
Pricing
All prices we show on this site are subject to change without notice. Prices stated at the beginning of shipment apply. Applicable taxes or shipping and handling charges are not included in the product prices, but all such charges will be added to your invoice and will be visible at Check Out before you complete your purchase. Information about our shipping and handling rates is available under each product description at Check Out. We arrange for the shipment of products purchased on the site, but we are not liable for delays in shipments as shipping schedules are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. If for some reason we cannot ship your products within thirty (30) days, we will provide you with notice and an estimate of time for delivery and an option for refund, substitute goods (at our discretion) and/or to maintain the order. Payments (including shipping and handling charges) must be received by Synikclothing.com prior to shipping – no C.O.D.s. We accept payment only indicated at checkout (e.g., most major credit cards/PayPal, etc.). Please don't send cash or personal checks.
COLORS
We display colors of our products on our site as accurately as we can, but the actual color you see depends on the accuracy of your own monitor, which we cannot guarantee.
My product was defective, what do I do?
Return it. See return shipment procedures. If the product was defective, the customer is not responsible for shipping charges and will be refunded the cost of regular post-ground shipping. If they want a new product to replace it, it will be shipped free of charge. If it was clearly damaged in shipping, please let us know so we can claim back against the shipper. We may request you take a picture of the damaged box, product, and email it to us for verification.
