- What is the www.synikclothing.com refund or exchange policy?
Synikclothing.com is committed to you being 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you would like to return the unused product, please note that the following conditions apply:
7-DAY LIMITED RETURN or EXCHANGE POLICY
We will accept exchanges or returns of unworn, unused, and unwashed products within 7 days of delivery.
It must have all the original tags and be in the original packaging.
If item is not in the original packaging, a 30% re-stocking fee will apply.
We are not able to fulfill exchange requests if the exchange item requested costs more than the item being returned. Because we do not store our customers' credit card information on file, we are unable to charge your card for any difference in price. We can only process exchanges for like-quantities. For example, if you return (1) T-shirt, we cannot process an exchange for (2) T-shirts, even if the total merchandise value is the same. Your order will need to be reprocessed.
The customer must pay for shipping charges when returning products.
If an item is being returned, which qualified for free shipping, original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund or exchange amount.
NO returns or exchanges on- open DVD’s and CD’s, worn apparel of any type.
We do not provide return shipping labels for online orders.
If this item is a gift please let us know when the gift day is and you will have 7 days after the gift date. You can return your product for Exchange or Credit up to 7 days after gift date.
All Product Purchased in the month of December will have until January 5th to return product for full refund or exchange.
If for any reason you feel that the product you purchased is damaged please contact us for a warranty. You will need to send us pictures of the product area that is affected. We will review the product and determine if it is a warranty.
How to do a return- EASY AND FAST
Simply follow the instructions on the WEB RETURN EXCHANGE DOCUMENT enclosed in the shipment and complete it clearly and neatly the document and ship it back. We will take care of it from there. EASY! See below for a few more details.
Return to us traceable only- Tracking number must be present.
Securely pack your merchandise. We are not responsible for items that are damaged while in transit to our fulfillment center
A package reference number is required for your return or exchange to be processed in the case that it is not received by our fulfillment.

- What currency are the products shown and what currency am I charged?

Most refunds and exchanges are processed within two weeks of the return shipment being received at our fulfillment center. However, please understand that exchange-processing times may vary depending on the season and the exchange product's availability. During the holiday season, exchanges may take up to one billing cycle to process. Before contacting us, please verify that your returned item is eligible for an exchange or refund. If you have returned an eligible item and have not received your refund or exchange item within three weeks of the item(s)'s arrival at our fulfillment center, please contact us at email@example.com
No credit will be applied if item price changes after the initial purchase.
- How long before I get my products and how is it shipped?
SAVE MONEY- 5-7 days Canada Post shipping. However the 5-7 day shipping time is a Canada Post timeline, not ours. Obviously, we are not responsible if products take longer to arrive because of shipping.
We can however ship express post so you get the products quicker, it’s just more expensive.
- O.B. (Freight on Board) Alberta- We are providing our service or product within the province of Alberta. Therefore the sale or delivery takes place in Alberta. Your product is FOB Alberta, ownership changes within the borders of Alberta and the custom pays the shipping.
Our current order processing time is 1-5 business days for in-stock merchandise. During this processing time, your online order is transmitted to our fulfillment center, safely packed, and processed for shipment as quickly as possible.
Please note: 5-7 day shipping methods indicates the transit time after the order has been picked up by the shipping carrier, and does not include the processing time at our fulfillment center.
If your order has experienced a delay in shipment which exceeds the normal processing and shipment time, please contact us using firstname.lastname@example.org and make sure to include the following information: Order number & item not yet shipped, contact info including name, phone numbers, email, address etc.
- Shipping Savings?
SAVING #1- We ship all packages Canada Post EXPEDITED but charge you regular mail fees.
We eat the extra cost!
SAVING #2- If it fits- it ships!! We also have a unique shipping method that is geared towards one thing- saving you money. We don’t overcharge for shipping.

If you want your order wicked fast it will cost you more money, if you can wait for Canada Post 5-7 days you save big money. We are at the mercy of Canada Post when it comes to shipping in Canada. They basically have 2 items on the menu; "take it or leave it" when it comes to pricing.
Where applicable- Clearance items ending in .00 are not eligible for shipping discount, we will however ship them EXPEDITED at no extra cost.
- What are my payment options?
All payment methods are indicated on our website at checkout. When placing an order on-line, please fill out ALL the billing information carefully and double check once complete or the transaction will decline.
- CREDIT CARD SECURITY
- CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS
Any item additions, quantity changes, or specification changes we have accepted will generate a new acknowledgment for the entire order and a new scheduled shipping date. All sales are final; provided, however, item cancellations and quantity reductions may be made at least five (5) days before the scheduled shipping date(unless the order has already been shipped). We may cancel any accepted order before shipment without liability, including, without limitation, if our credit card department does not approve your credit or if there are any other payment-related problems.
- Can I have my product delivered right to my house?
It depends on Canada Post. Sometimes they delivery product to your mailbox but only if the size of the package is small enough. Likely you should plan to pick it up at your local Post Office, you will get a card in the mail and you will need ID to claim your prize.

The store is open on certain stat holidays, call if you have questions.
- How do I contact Synikclothing.com with regards to an online inquiry?
To speak with a real person you will need to refer to the Synikclothing.com online customer service hours that are listed. We strongly recommend e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions or concerns. We attempt to reply to all customers within 24hrs, however to save face we promise to get back in touch with you within 5 working days.
- Do we ship international?
No- sorry we currently only ship to customers in Canada. We plan to expand globally in the near future.
If I see the item in stock does this mean it is available?
Yes- unless otherwise posted. However we maintain a live inventory on our web SITE, what you see on our SITE is usually what we have in stock. Like any other inventory systems product sells out or there can be an error. This is very rare but it does happen. If this is the case you will be promptly refunded your money.
- In my shipment I got a signed card in the box, what does it mean?
Every shipment it double checked for accuracy. Every shipment receives a “Packed with pride & accuracy” card that is signed by the last person who inspected the accuracy of the shipment prior to leaving our shipping department. If you have problems with a shipment, please keep the card so we can check back with who signed it.
We do not backorder products. If your product is not available then your money is refunded back to you. We only ship what is in stock.
- What if I did not receive my entire order?
Contact us right away, all shipments have a tracking number to trace. If the delivery address you entered was incorrect we are not liable for any loss of product.
All prices we show on this SITE are subject to change without notice. Prices stated at beginning of shipment apply. Applicable taxes or shipping and handling charges are not included in the product prices, but all such charges will be added to your invoice and will be visible at Check Out before you complete your purchase. Information about our shipping and handling rates is available under each product description, at Check Out. We arrange for shipment of products purchased on the SITE, but we are not liable for delays in shipments as shipping schedules are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. If for some reason we cannot ship your products within thirty (30) days, we will provide you with notice and an estimate of time for delivery and an option for refund, substitute goods (at our discretion) and/or to maintain the order. Payments (including shipping and handling charges) must be received by Synikclothing.com prior to shipping – no C.O.D.s. We accept payment only indicated at checkout IE- Most major Credit cards/Pay Pal etc. Please don't send cash or personal checks.
We display colors of our products on our SITE as accurately as we can, but the actual color you see depends on the accuracy of your own monitor, which we cannot guarantee.
- My product was defective, what do I do?
Return it. See return shipment procedures. If the product was defective, the customer is not responsible for shipping charges and will be refunded the cost of regular post ground shipping. If they want a new product to replace, it will be shipped free of charge. If it was clearly damaged in shipping please let us know so we can claim back against the shipper. We may request you to take a picture of the damaged box, product and email it to us for verification.

All offers and promotions are not intended to be used in combination unless otherwise specified. Synikclothing.com reserves the right to cancel and refund any order at our discretion.
